1 Bedroom Apartment Kamiyamacho AF12

This was a cute apartment in a great location in Shibuya. Positive: It was very cozy and had everything we needed. Negative: There were no windows or natural lighting to this place but it was fine.

Terrible facilities, nothing like it is advertised. Positive: The location was great, just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing. Negative: Everything else was really bad. It is not a 2-bedroom apartment as advertised. It is an apartment that is smaller than a hotel room. There was no room to even open the suitcases, the beds were terrible, and the bathroom was tiny. No space at all.

Good all things considered, only used the apartment to sleep Positive: Cheap, good location, responsive staff Negative: Bad beds, the heating system was hard to use and no windows

二度と使いません Negative: NEW! Time Square Shibuya Modern Unit. Prime Locationと書いてありますが、実際その場に行くとそのような文字は一つもなく、アパートの看板に「あふぃっと神山」と書いてあります。 何回もこのホテルに電話をかけましたが、つながりませんでした。 予約の時に「前払い不要 - 滞在時に宿泊施設へお支払いください」と書いてありますが、予約時に入力させられたクレジットカードから事前に決済されます。 支払うための人もいませんし場所もありません。民泊に不慣れな人は利用しない方がいいです。

Amazing, convenient, feels like home. Positive: Looks different to photos but so convenient. Exceptional location. Great AC, laundry provided. Affordable but comfortable and does an amazing job. Lots of space too. Negative: Laundry filter was broken and I emailed for help and they said they’d fix it, but no one came. I didn’t mind though. Room also gets dusty really fast
