Positive: Amazing location, less than 10 mins to walk to shibuya crossing. Negative: Need to carry luggage up stairs if your staying on top floor.

Location is great Positive: Location. Negative: No elevator. The bathroom is a little small and the bed is a little small for 2 people. The spare blanket doesn't smell newly wash but overall the entire facilities are clean.
